Key Brand Entertainment Acquires the Broadway Channel

Congratulations to our client and friends at The Broadway Channel on joining Key Brand Entertainment in this exciting merger.

KBE owner John Gore said of the acquisition, “We are looking forward to the expansion and opportunities this acquisition creates. We will be able to combine the content libraries of Broadway.com and The Broadway Channel and then employ the plethora of new technologies and digital platforms on the media landscape to make that Broadway content even more accessible nationwide.” Terms of the acquisition will not be disclosed.

THE BROADWAY CHANNEL is a media company that produces and distributes video and television programming.
